The Basics Package
- 3 applications (1 spring 2 fall applications)
- Spring application includes crabgrass control and fall applications maximize weed control effectiveness and provide some fertility at the optimal time
- Program designed to cover the basic essentials for your lawn
- Economic choice for those with a larger acreage or a limited budget
The Advanced Package
- 4 applications (2 spring and 2 fall applications)
- Spring applications include crabgrass control and a weed and feed application. Fall applications target weeds at the best time of the year to control them and help your lawn recover from summer stress
- Package similar to The Basics plus adding one more application in the spring
- Promotes overall turf health plus good weed control
The Works Package
- 5 applications (2 spring and 3 fall applications)
- Spring applications include crabgrass control and a weed and feed application. Fall applications target weeds at the best time of the year to control them and provide critical fertility.
- Package similar to The Advanced Package plus an additional nitrogen application in the fall to promote early spring green up of lawn.
- Promotes overall turf health, superior weed control, and better heat/drought tolerance by increasing plant reserves.
The Elite Package
- 6 applications throughout the season

Package similar to The Works Package plus adding one middle summer slow release fertilizer for those striving to
maintain a greener lawn during the heat of summer.
Recommended only for those that have an irrigation system or keep there lawns watered during the summer stress period. - Not recommended for heavily shaded lawns as too much summer fertilizer can cause decline in shaded lawns.
- Promotes overall turf health, good weed control, and a stronger lawn.
Optional Services
Herbicide Only Applications
If a homeowner seeks minimalization of weed competition but not interested in turf fertility (which creates more growth, hence more mowing), this is a service to consider.
Choose between one fall application (the most effective time of year to combat weed infestation), or two visits (one spring weed control and one fall weed control).
This is an affordable solution to keep dandelions and clover under control.
Grub Control
Grub control can be added to any package with four, five, or six applications. Grub control (called Merit or GrubEx within the industry) is a good insurance policy for anyone that has experienced fall grub damage in previous years.
This is applied WITH the second application (late spring/early summer) or third application (middle summer) on a fertilizer carrier.
This time frame is the best time to control any potential grub egg hatching and minimize fall grub damage.
Turf Aeration (Plugging)
Turf aeration adds a number of positive aspects to turf health. A few key points are as follows:
• It reduces soil compaction, allowing for deeper root growth. The result includes improved root absorption and drought resistance.
• Aeration creates improved fertilizer intake by allowing fertilizer to reach roots easily. The result improves overall turf health.
• Aeration helps prepare our lawn to handle hot summer periods, allowing better air flow and water absorption.
